Mike has been with Zunder and Associates since 2001. His practice primarily involves criminal law, including DUIs, drug cases, assaults, thefts, homicides, gun crimes and juvenile delinquency. He also does Appellate and Post-Conviction Relief Act work. Mike also handles various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, termination of parental rights, adoptions and juvenile dependency.
Prior to joining the firm, Mike was staff counsel for the Holmes County, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services where he handled Child Support, Children and Youth Issues and Personnel Issues for the agency.
Mike is from Butler County and a graduate of Moniteau High School. He has been an active member of his community and has served in various capacities on the board of West Sunbury Baseball Association. He has coached various levels of basketball from running the Moniteau Youth basketball program to his current position as the Head Coach of the Moniteau Boys Varsity Basketball Team/Program. He has also acted as assistant Varsity Baseball Coach for the last eight years and serves as the Attorney Advisor for the Moniteau Mock Trial team.
